Pros

- hybrid work model - nice clients Overall Remazing is good if you are in your early 20s and looking for your first job. The company positions itself as a full service agency, but in reality doesn’t have the capabilities to do so. Processes are confusing and leadership is very young and inexperienced.

Cons

- Junior Leadership - Lack of training and internal organisation - low pay - no real benefits - no respect to personal life (the company expects you to join internal events late night on weekdays and weekends)
