Market rate salary and great benefits.

Cons

Shockingly bad management. Huge staff turnover for such a small London office and there is a good reason for that - management.

We take your comment about the high turnover and management style very seriously. We have lost one employee since March 2020 when COVID started. Every employee matters and we were sorry to lose this person. We deeply care about our teams and we will work even harder to continue to improve our employee environment and make sure we treat all our employees fairly. This will help us improve as a business and help us fulfill our mission, which we care about deeply.
