I completed a six-month internship with Renaix and was very satisfied with my internship. The company recruits in many different areas and all this requires great skills, experience and knowledge. Every time I was surprised how much knowledge all my colleagues and our director had. I have always been able to express my questions and concerns when I did not understand certain aspects of a project. I was also always helped and given advice on how I could tackle my projects otherwise. Despite all the help, however, my autonomy was fully granted to me, which was also a very important criterion for me. The company also offers numerous internal articles on various professions and facts worth knowing within the economic sectors. So, if you're showing some initiative and want to learn for yourself, you can always retrieve all the articles provided by our director. Since my internship start 5 months ago, a lot has changed in the company. Meetings were held and everyone expressed their thoughts on several issues. Already at the beginning of my internship, I was very impressed by all my colleagues' excellent methodologies at Renaix. In the meantime, many new technical and methodological innovations have been introduced. It is an excellent result by now – the company is becoming ever more unique and will continue to be just as successful as it already is. Generally, I can definitely recommend the company. My colleagues and our director were great, both in terms of technical and interpersonal aspects. We had so many nice evenings together after work where everyone shared the own thoughts – pretty much like a family. Furthermore, I have acquired a lot of knowledge during my time with Renaix: research, numerous soft skills, intercultural competencies that I was able to apply in practice, exceptional knowledge within economic sectors, self-management applied in practice and competent handling of clients and candidates. Even though being an intern, I could even claim that I was given all vital tools and knowledge to recruit on my own. I really enjoyed it and will always think back to Renaix in a very positive way.
