Cons
Disorganized, resistant to organizing, back stabbing, secretive. The culture is not to be honest with each other. Was there from SDR to Account executive, was there 8 -9 months ish 5 on the sales team alone were fired in that time. Even if you are bringing big ticket clients, all could be fine one day and let go the next morning. What is going on behind the curtain is worry some and unfortunate. The same rules do not apply to everyone. Unfortunate experience, and unnecessary self inflicted problems.

Energy is high every day, I can honestly say after like 30 days I get excited to start a new work day, every day. I love the idea that your work speaks for itself. Show up, crush your day, crack some jokes and go enjoy your life. The environment is relaxed but hyper focused all the time. Even if you're having a bad day or hard week, all that's expected is one foot in front of the other moving forward. Being in sales, it's impossible to overlook the product as a "pro." Hearing someone genuinely pumped that something like this exists for them or their business is as rewarding as fun as it is profitable imo. This is an amazing place to get tangible sales experience. Phoenix is exploding with tech. startups and this is absolutely one to take off with.
Cons
With the size of the company, it's largely up to you to grow yourself. There's no one looking over your shoulder or counting how many of anything you did that day because we don't have a choice but to work toward the same goal from different positions. It's a collective individual effort which can be pretty demanding for a young professional
