      * Reposit is a team of people who care about the business' mission, its customers & partners and their teammates. * Focused on developing existing team Vs always hiring externally * Listens to the team & encourages them to implement their ideas * Very collaborative and positive team dynamic * Focused on solving problems Vs blaming

      Cons

      Nothing really to add here. It is a relatively young company so will be less structured than a more mature business - so make sure a startup environment is right for you.
