      Disjointed leadership and poor acquisition

      The UK team had some great people in it

      Cons

      It's clear that the US team don't really respect the Europe team at all. They don't think we're as good and don't trust us to do the job (despite doing it for longer than them).

      Pros

      No taxes taken out its mostly a Monday thru Friday job and you are the smartest person at the co because the owner doesn't have a clue

      Cons

      The guy provides poor service and he is very inexperienced. He wants you to work for free at times and when payday comes he try's to not pay for all completed work

      Pros

      Loyal company that will treat employees well. Gives back to the community. Health initiatives. Understanding management when it comes to emergencies/sick days. Rewarded for excellent work. Chance to meet and interact with wonderful customers.

      Cons

      Few cons. Repeated manual labor can become boring. Being on feet all day is tiring. Slow winter season is very long.
