It started out as a great venture in Bangalore but over the last couple of years, it has steadily turned into a dump.

Cons
The Bangalore office is the worst office to work at because: • Not transparent • Employee opinions not considered. Not open to thoughts. • Very partial to employees that come from the top management's previous company • Do not always fill managerial positions from within, they hold grudges • Attrition, because the employees are not happy • People are not considered assets • Career path very unclear, growth stinted • Innovation and creativity, non-existent • Great working environment turned into a hostile and uncertain one • Employees are given privileges but are not always allowed to use them e.g, TV usage, medicines, leave approvals etc. • The senior HR manager was known to accept money in turn for jobs in the company • Extremely low pay when compared to industry standards
