Furthermore, the leadership culture is characterized by intimidation rather than collaboration. Witnessing unprofessional conduct go unaddressed has led to a significant decline in morale. Finally, the recent restructuring and immediate backfilling of roles suggests a lack of long-term strategic planning, which makes it difficult to recommend this organization as a stable environment for prospective employees. Career progression is currently limited due to stagnant if not shrinking organizational growth/revenue . A high churn rate among key accounts has impacted the budget for departmental expansion, resulting in a lack of upward mobility or new role creation. If you value your career moving forward and value your own self worth, Reputation is not a company to join.
