      When I was employed here the environment was very open & my coworkers at the time were awesome.

      Cons

      Too many to count...The CEO is very open about his political views which sets the tone. There are no processes or training in place which leads to things constantly falling through the cracks & management blaming you. Compensation is definitely NOT WORTH IT. Even if you have a degree your making under $40k with NO benefits. Management always shares a dream of where they see the company which leads to false hope & constant empty promises. Overall not an ideal place to work & would never recommend anyone to work here.

      Pleasant physical working environment Excellent compensation Product is a solid idea with significant potential

      Cons

      Product audiences are not well-researched. Management is a bit short-sighted and resistant to the advice of outsiders, even from friends. A sales plan fantasy is not a substitute for an actual marketing strategy. They don’t seem to know how to sell or price the product. Teleprospecting is not the only way. Product value is undefined and poorly communicated.
