Pros

Some of the best benefits in the MR industry, opportunity to work on Fortune 500 client accounts, opp to develop market expertise across the globe by way of multi-country project management. Big company, but small teams, so still can work closely with colleagues. Mostly great managers with extensive experience and interest in people development, so you can learn a lot from them.

Cons

Terrible maternity pay, career progression tends to be very slow, at least has been over the past couple of years, low salaries

Pros

big company, lots of opportunities to get exposure to different aspects of branding and research. not too much of a hard hours place, plenty of support and training opportunities

Cons

slow, lethargic company slow to embrace change. pay is poor compared to other companies and rewards not solely linked to merit. need a few grey hairs to become a director or 'do your time'. there are more dynamic and challanging places to work
