      Fun atmosphere, some chaos, low pay for leadership

      Pros

      Everyone has a hand in building the company. Open minded culture where ideas are shared and valued. Fun casual atmosphere.

      Cons

      Can be chaotic at times with rapid change and growth. "Team Lead" is really a supervisor/manager role (complete performance reviews and term people, if needed) and pay is very low in exchange.

      My experience has been highly unsatisfactory, primarily due to the absence of comprehensive training and a complete lack of operational support. Additionally, I have been targeted with unfounded accusations that are demonstrably false

Work alongside some amazing and well experience colleagues 4. The company is growing at a rapid rate 5. My managers have all been pretty cool and assist me with personal and career growth 6. I thrive in start-up environments and Reserv fits that narrative 7. I got legos
