RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Resolution full-time for more than a year
Pros
They have some great clients and the work is very engaging. I work directly with senior leaders who are very smart and know their craft well. They are interested in making sure you are learning and happy to work there. My team is small and support one another. We have very strong leadership from the top and we feel that they are invested in the people working here.
Cons
Some cons to being a part of Omnicom. It's a large and slow organization but has strong network of clients. Some times life/work balance can be difficult

Pros
Friendly atmosphere, pretty 'chilled' attitude as long as you deliver. Can get your hands on variety of fields and disciplines if there is desire.
Cons
Badly streamlined promotion and pay review process, can be very bureaucratic.

Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Resolution full-time for more than a year
Pros
There is a good benefits package. The offices are situated in a nice part of London. Lots of team outtings and a good work culture.
Cons
How much work actually gets done really depends on the client. Some of the bigger clients can spend a lot of time asking you to do stuff you never see the end result of. Very little mentoring. SEO really is quite dull. Teams are often quite siloed, so you don't have much idea what's going on. Very little creative work happening, huge focus on the technical aspects of SEO. Generally, a client's other agencies get to do the fun stuff. Account managers find it very hard to say NO to a client, meaning you end up doing out of scope or outside of the agency's capabilities.
