      Cons

Badly streamlined promotion and pay review process, can be very bureaucratic.

      No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Resolution full-time for more than a year

      Pros

There is a good benefits package. The offices are situated in a nice part of London. Lots of team outtings and a good work culture.

      Cons

How much work actually gets done really depends on the client. Some of the bigger clients can spend a lot of time asking you to do stuff you never see the end result of. Very little mentoring. SEO really is quite dull. Teams are often quite siloed, so you don't have much idea what's going on. Very little creative work happening, huge focus on the technical aspects of SEO. Generally, a client's other agencies get to...

I have been working at Resolution full-time (Less than a year)

        Pros

Work perk like Lunch and Learns, tons of online classes, seminars with major social media platforms, great learning experience for a first time job. Pays better than other companies. Supervisors definitely have it harder. Really cool accounts like HP, Wells Fargo, CW, Qantas, Levi’s just to name a few. Tons of accounts and other OMD companies working in the same building. So potential growth within the same company.

        Cons

Strictly performance media, so social and search. Maybe some programmatic. Not as many work perks as the display side.

I have been working at Resolution full-time for more than a year

        Pros

Free perks from vendors. What you learn depends on your manager. Leadership is a joke, don’t expect to learn from them.

        Cons

Leadership is a joke. Don’t know anything about the day to day. They just messengers seeking info from the little ones while don’t do anything. Blame the little ones when things happen, yet that’s their responsibilities as a higher up. Company went through 3 changes without a single thought about processes, accuen to resolution, resolution to omd. No processes made, just on paper merge.

        Advice to Management

Before you open your mouth, go learn how to respect and what the industry is like now. Besides your years of experience, you’re pretty much outdated. Instead of asking employees to learn, think you should learn how the business day to day works before giving advices.
