Pros

I have been working at Resolve for almost 6 months now, so you see I waited a bit before leaving a review. It's a great company with excellent bonus structure. The team I work in is great and everyone supports one another. At first, there is a lot of technical stuff to learn, but you are given plenty of time to take it all in. Higher management is also very friendly and supportive. Last but not least, there is no micromanagement.

Cons

HQ is in the USA, so if you are working in another part of the world, time zones can be a bit challenging with some meetings being later on, but the management respects everyone's different work schedules and no one is forced to attend any late Meetings.

Pros

Very transparent and accessible leadership team. The new product and marketing vision is fantastic. Fit in the IT space is more distinguishable. Lots of growth, potential to grow from within. New partnerships have opened a lot of new doors, globally. Pay. Great culture - highly motivated sales/channel team.

Cons

Enterprise account sales cycles can be long.
