A thriving fiefdom in the verge of extinction.

Pros

Zero turnover at the top. A business staffed to the brim with lifers who possess amazing, self-focused survival instincts. This terrible leadership will stay here forever so chances are when you leave (and you will) you'll happily never work with any of these hacks ever again. Awesome!!

Cons

Conned. Yes. Horribly. The lack of knowledge of brands and brand function are so disturbing it's mind boggling. Don't be fooled. They are directly rude to clients. Hire $12 per hour interns to run colossal accounts internally. Joke. Forget about underpaying the employees. They are the most expensive agency in town. Who gets all the dough? Hmmm?

A soulless company content with talking the talk and mediocre output

Pros

You'll like the people and what remains from the original Resource culture. The new office might be pretty cool when it's ready.

Cons

It is very top heavy, full of narcissists set in their ways of old advertising traditions. But they'll tell you how they're blazing the trail and becoming the agency of the future. Each day is a grind as you're micro-managed, told what to do and how to do it. Mindless creative is churned out around you and lauded as setting the bar high in the industry. The only inspiration you'll get is from the friends you'll make, all of which hate their jobs too. You'll leave, get home to your family and cherish being around people that care about you. Immediately, you'll be sucked right back into the seventh circle of hell as soon as your phone starts going nuts over some stupid issue that can wait until the next day. You'll stay up late, writing Glassdoor reviews to help ease your mind, wake up and do it all again. Once you reach the breaking point and start interviewing elsewhere, prospective employers become disinterested with you as all your skill, drive, and ambition have atrophied under the crushing weight of the megalomaniacs running the show at Resource.

Pros

Very smart people, amazing creative talent, good non-monetary compensation package. Great opportunity to work with great brands. You will learn how to work in a chaotic and fast paced (because the planning is to poor) environment

Cons

-Workforce of 20-somethings and lifers who have drunk the kool-aid make this a very clique-ish place. -They need to get their head out of the clouds and start looking at things from the lens of the client. -Salary is hilariously low -Work life balance is non-existant -Tout their culture, but it is very self indulgent and focused on "Me" vs. a balance of giving back
