Pros

Schedule and schedule only this would be the only reason to work here. I have achieved success in my professional life because of this place. Which of course I'm grateful

Cons

Pay and terrible management from the top to bottom. This is not location specific. It's a service industry job. So this particular company revenue is based on delivery, installs, and sales. There essential employees are the three. And should be paid as such. All the other positions this company have. Are unessential employees. But basically get paid like essential employees. Which is backwards. When the bulk of the revenue is based on the performance of those three positions.

Pros

Decent pay and friendly clients.

Cons

If your manager doesn't like you, you're out of luck. - They can fire you and keep you from getting your PTO & Bonuses. - Regional managers just revert you back to yours & ignore you - HR does not meditate, but discard concerns - You can contact the CEO & he does not care.Let's the managers do as they please The Concerns.. - Vehicle Maintenance - Vehicle Repairs - Scheduling hours 5+ forward from your normal schedule hours - Client concerns and issues - Follow federal laws or company policy (wanted to put hoses over train tracks, driving wrong way on roads to reach clients, etc.) - Forcing drivers to do more stops. If they didn't, they'll be scheduled for a fourth day, from the normal three day shift. So he can get a bigger bonus. - Poor quality gear, like windshield wipers. So the manager can pocket the rest. (Got new shoes often, chairs and office supplies for himself) - IT is not up to date with road speeds, construction zones, no truck routes, and even client addresses. - Lack of cleanliness, with trucks and equipment. This is a food industry. - Expected to do job duties that aren't pay of your title and scolded if you don't. - Training is poor, learned more on the road. - Managers don't pick up phone nor help when problems arrive, esp late night shift. - Managers are aware of severe truck issues, but won't delegate, until the have to.
