      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Fun group of people where I look forward to coming in the office. Really feel appreciated for all my efforts.

      Cons

      No company is perfect but I appreciate the quick action to fix issues when they happen.

      Pros

      • Resulta is a place to do the best work of your career—because the people around you are also doing the best work of their careers. It's a positive place that's outwardly very competitive, but internally other teams are very helpful so everyone can succed. • Leadership trusts its staff, rewards high performers with promotions, gives ample training opportunities to staff to help them skill up and be ready for their next role. • The waterfront office is full of friendly faces, ample snacks and great coffee with regular social events planning so everyone gets to know each other better and have fun. People are happy here—and this happiness is infectious. • And finally, all Resulta compensation packages include comprehensive health benefits starting on Day One, and an RRSP match after the end of the 90-day probation period.

We’re glad you’ve felt the trust and autonomy from leadership. Giving talented people ownership, clear direction, and growth opportunities is core to how we work, and hearing that reflected back is incredibly rewarding. And yes the waterfront office, coffee, snacks, and social events definitely don’t hurt 😊 It’s important to us to create an environment where our team can make connections. But what really makes our office special is the people in it.

 We also appreciate your honest feedback around change. Operating in a fast-moving industry, we evolve often—and while that can feel uncomfortable at times, it’s driven by our desire to be the best at what we do.
 While not for everyone, change allows us to learn through doing, experiment and fail, and has provided our team with some great opportunities to grow. Still, we know change can be tough, and we truly value open conversations about how we can navigate it more clearly and thoughtfully together.
