Bad culture, i mean the CEO and COO. As company is not registered and there is no norm, they will do whatever that want. they will fire anybody at anytime. Bad environment to work. No electricity and internet connection. CEO and COO are only authoritative persons. No HRs are given their privileges and power. Its not a company at all. Please dont prefer this even if you are not having any other offer. No payslips and so you cannot give this experience to other companies.

no training won't give salary at time no work experience certificate they won't respect or give importance to employee. don't prefer this company. while leaving don't expect your last month salary. surely they won't give. working hrs is 11 hrs...doesn't matter where ever you come from(distance from office). For those who are going to join, kindly ask to old employees about this company or people working in this company.
