team at a lower level and middle management are nice

-zero benefits -holiday entitlement very poor -zero incentives or reward - career progression is minimal -zero organisation - things landed on you with unrealistic deadlines - senior management tell you what you want to hear in terms of 'change' - bully culture - the company is greedy in terms of growing the team, rather than looking after those already in it -timezones mean work-life balance is hard to manage -'team' vibe is non existent, a very isolating place to work
