Ok pay, and provided appropriate materials to perform job.
Cons
Everyone is treated as if they are indebted to their jobs, Every single second and action are monitored, scrutinized and micromanaged as if stepping outside to answer a personal phone call is stealing from the company. It’s a sit down, shut up, and prove to me you’re worthy of us paying you this week type of environment. Everyone is disposable at any time. Many people in and out in 1-6 months either getting fired or deciding to leave on own.

Everyone is beyond nice and easy to work with; great product line with employee discounts; leadership team is communicative, understanding, and available; collaborative work environment; hybrid work situation; opportunities for growth; considerate of personal needs/situations

Only major holidays are off but otherwise no real cons
