Thank so much for your review and compliments. Our people are are great asset and strategic advantage and we do our best to empower them to do great things. More importantly, it's the team work and collaboration among team members that create the "magic" within our company. An employee, no matter how capable, is only as good as the surrounding team. On the growing pains, they are painful at times. We strive to balance between risk-taking and focus on a daily basis. Sometimes it may seem like chaos and lack of focus and sometimes it is. Like many growing companies, the best we can do is strive for incremental improvements and over-communicate with team members to ensure transparency. Thanks so much for writing the review.
