-Coworkers are hardworking, talented, kind. -Leadership actively encourages employee growth + development of new skill sets. One example of this is that every employee is given a Udemy Pro account and encouraged to spend 2 hours of work time / week on the platform to take courses on any subject matter that interests them. -Revation's mission and positive impact on people's health and financial security make the work you're doing feel really meaningful. -AMAZING benefits.
Cons
A number of the employees at Revation are remote, so it can take a little more effort to get to know your coworkers. The company events and activities help a lot with maintaining the positive culture here - definitely looking forward to even more fun events once we're post-covid!
