      Pros

      -Fully remote company and good flexibility/unlimited PTO -Majority of the team is very nice and easy to work with -Can make a lot of $ through commission

      Cons

      -Employees are consistently overworked and over-capacity, difficult to take time off -Significant turnover rate -Upper management is out of touch with day-to-day of the job, unrealistic expectations -Company has been remote from origin, but falling behind benefits and perks that other remote companies provide

After a slowdown due to Covid, we are seeing unprecedented levels of hiring with our clients, which is causing some growing pains as we quickly scale up to support them. We’re committed to addressing the concerns you raised. We’re hiring at all levels to reduce the workload per account manager and create a better work-life balance. We are also hiring a new Head of HR who will be looking into benefits, training & development, and other things our employees' value as our goal is to have comp and benefits above market.

      It's Worth It

      Pros

      This is a very fun and engaging place to work - I think the founders have created a culture of flexibility and autonomy which lends itself to a strong work-life balance, which is quite hard to find in a startup.

      Cons

      I legitimately do not have any significant cons to share. One thing to consider about Revel is that we work remotely, and that is a factor that some enjoy, myself included, but might not be a fit for someone who loves being in the office every day even though we have a great culture and work life balance despite this.
