Management will screw you out of money, big and small

Pros

Used to be a great team, but now everyone just looks out for themselves

Cons

Never expect to get your money back if they ask you to pay for food or drinks at company events. Sometimes they just decide that you shouldn't have bought something, even if you stayed within budget. One owner is rude and mean. The other never does any work and never shows up, and they all seem to be fighting all the time and maybe even ripping each other off. Unless you have no other choice, this is a bad place to work. Bad pay. No real benefits. Bad treatment. Bad vibes. Too much lying and changing their mind.

Pros

Great place to work and learn to be an effective employee in a fast paced environment. Organization is key as Revenue Automation's client service is second to none!

Cons

No downsides in particular. Career trajectory may not be as steep as the company size is quite small and you're learning a specialty service.
