Pros

Great experience working with this company! The onboarding was smooth and I was personally onboarded by the COO, Which already showed how much leadership values people and clarity. Expectations were communicated clearly from day one,and the overall organization and structure made it easy to get up to speed quickly.

Cons

Honestly can't think of any. Communication across the company is strong, with leadership and teams staying aligned through Slack and email, which keeps things running smoothly.

We try to stay close as leaders not because we have to, but because we genuinely care about the people building this company with us. Clarity and communication are things we work on constantly. Slack, email, direct conversations, whatever keeps everyone aligned and moving forward without confusion. It is never perfect, but we make the effort every day. Pros

I’ve been with Revive for nearly five years, and the growth I’ve experienced has been tremendous. It’s not a typical corporate role—you’re encouraged to wear many hats, which makes the environment truly empowering and growth-driven. As the company grows, its employees grow too. Even as a remote employee, I’ve always felt valued—my work is seen and appreciated just as much as those working on-site. Thank you Revive!

Couldnt get together with the rest of the Revivers, as I’m working remotely (PH based).

Five years is a long time. Thank you for sticking with us and growing alongside the company. You are right, it is not a typical corporate setup. We ask people to step outside strict job descriptions and take ownership. That can be challenging, but it also creates real opportunity. It’s great to hear that you’ve felt that growth personally. And we really appreciate you calling out the remote experience. We try to make sure impact is what matters, not where someone is sitting. Knowing you’ve felt valued means we’re doing something right.

- Fraudulent Google reviews? Really? "Jimmy Le's" review and corresponding photos of his "mother's living room" have watermarks from a design studio in Vietnam. Co-founder has then responded to said reviews, acknowledging the work as Revive's. This is fraud. Numerous other reviews are fraudulent, too. - My employment contract mandated any reviews of Revive be 5 stars, hence the slew of positive, older reviews. - CEO exhibits clear signs of overt NPD and operates Revive as a "good old boy's club". -CEO has said "I prefer to hire white contractors instead of Mexicans" and frequently makes degrading remarks about his wife/family and co-founder. - Poor financial management meant missing deadlines for funding

We take feedback seriously, especially when it includes claims like these. First, Revive has never required employees to leave 5-star reviews as part of an employment agreement. That is simply not accurate. We also categorically reject any claim of discriminatory hiring practices. That does not reflect how we operate or the values we stand behind as a company. As for the personal character attacks and medical speculation — that’s not something we recognize, and it’s certainly not how we approach professional dialogue. We’re focused on building a serious company serving homeowners, and we expect conversations about the workplace to stay grounded in real experience. If there are legitimate concerns about operations, management, or culture, those deserve to be addressed directly and through the appropriate channels where they can be investigated and resolved properly. For anyone reading this and considering Revive, we encourage you to look at the full range of feedback and make your own informed decision. We’re committed to continuing to improve, grow, and hold ourselves accountable.
