Over the past year at Rezdy we've transformed the business in many ways to create a global business within which people want to develop their careers. Such a journey is not easy as we've made many changes in scale, personnel & tools at rapid pace.
Perhaps the most important is the recently commenced review of our values. Contributed to by all staff across the globe, we'll adopt values in line with the diverse & talented employees who are committed to be part of achieving our vision. Both founders are fully engaged with this journey & continue to support the leadership team.
