Some nice people, company makes an effort at christmas. This is a "if your face fits" type business culture.

Cons

the office is not run by management but by a small group of bitter old matriarchal ladies who will report any perceived infraction to management.

Cons

Ignoring isolation exclusion of employees, undue criticism, projection of blames and taking credit for others work by middle management,deception, undermining employees work, creating hostility between co workers and finally setting impossible expectations definitely will not recommend this company.
