      Decent benefits but expensive The decor is really cool The actual workers seem nice Bringing in food trucks during the busy season was nice but bonuses would be better

      Little to no mentorship from leadership Stuffy environment makes it hard to talk to others or ask for help Cliquish vibe is isolating for new employees

      Good work environment and benefits. Many different company events and opportunities to interact with co-workers.

      Cons

      Inconsistent directions from different parts of management can cause a lot of confusion and customer interaction. 2 months of the year have significantly higher volume and can feel impossible to catch up, especially if understaffed.
