      Disorganized lazy leaders

      Pros

      Some very fun people work there. Great office culture. If your in a leadership position you don't have to do much.

      Cons

      Dept leaders push most of the work on those beneath them and do very little but enforce deadlines and review. The majority of the work is pushed on one or two people in each dept while others work less than 8 hours and if not in the main office WATCH TV. Senior positions are held by people who have no idea what they are doing in some depts.

      Pros

      Rising is an exceptional company to work for, with a property management team that is not only helpful, but also true team players. Everyone is incredibly supportive and willing to assist wherever necessary. The company's sustainability and social programs offer employees the chance to give back through volunteering opportunities. Additionally, the advanced technology that Rising employs is by far my favorite aspect of the job.

      Pros

      Rising is a true entrepreneurial company. New ideas and autonomy are valued by the company. Good flexibility that allows a work/life balance.

      Cons

      Not a bad thing, but you must be a self starter and take ownership of your job.
