      If you show up and work hard at the end of the year you will be rewarded.

      Cons

      If the clients get along with you best you end up handling more problems than your co-workers the upside they refer to you as well which helps your bottom line you just need to work more.

      Pros

      Bonus structure was very liberal if you worked hard you made a decent bonus. Agency principal was supportive with education

      Cons

      In the end the job is account management with sales. Some co-worker focused more on sales and not enough on their job which left he others with doing all the service work. No advancement opportunities. Once you are promoted there is no where else to go its a small company.
