      None - Horrible company. I jumped off the boat on my first week!

      Cons

      Demoralised Environment. Jobs are not as advertised. The management doesn't seem to communicate with normal employees.

      Some of the places you get to work in ie their clients are nice environments to works in

      Cons

      No Company car, they expect you to use your own car and don't pay all of the fuel costs. No company phone your expected to use your own, never offered a pension to employees until the government made it Law. so basically the offered no benefits at all.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your views on the pros are spot on as we work with some of the most amazing customers and get to work in some very special places. In response to the cons, Business mileage is paid and there is a mobile phone allowance. I would suggest that the training and ability to gain lots of qualifications is seen by many staff as a benefit that makes RivaNET stand out.

      Great opportunities to work with lots of the latest tech Career path is good Empowered to get on with things without being micro-managed Excellent training and encouraged to get IT certifications Friendly staff and co-workers help each other all the time
