      Small organization, flat leadership, nimble, can make changes quickly.

      Cons

      Benefits leave a lot to be desired. Sometimes makes promises that cannot be kept. High Rework & Repair costs seriously have hindered the company for several years.

      Great opportunities for creative people to make process improvements . Management is open to change. Somewhat flexible work schedule for office employees.

      Cons

      Benefits (insurance, salary) are poor, high turnover- newer people don't tend to stick around very long. Otherwise not a bad place.
