Poor management, lots of freight theft, several safety related deaths at our terminals

I started off this role very insightful, wanting to get started but once I was in I immediately able to see the dysfunctional and unethical practices that happened all around me. People are extremely disrespectful in the way that they communicate with each other. The constant dread of seeing if your job has been posted and the lack of communication to let you know what is going on. There's no connection with leadership because they view themselves as bosses. If you're needing a job? I get it, but if you're extended an offer use it as a stepping stool. It is a very unprotected, unprofessional working environment. High Turnover!!! No room for growth (They're lying) Not great with diversity and inclusion
