      Good for Fresh Grad but not on a long term career

      Pros

      High starting salary, company laptop provided and flexible working hours. There's also fieldworks where if you have free time, you can travel leisurely around.

      Cons

      Salary and benefits is not competitive enough. No incentives/ bonuses. Slow career development. Work group not communicating enough. No trainings specific for our profession.
