Pros

Cons
Don't expect too much when it comes to salary increases. It depends on your boss and whether they can justify a salary alignment every two years. It also depends on the Business Unit you're in—larger BUs usually have more budget for increases. I've been here for over three years, but I haven't received any salary increase aside from the annual merit increase, which is only around 600+. I guess not everyone has the same career path. Some have been here for years without much movement. If you're promoted from a rank-and-file position, they tend to lowball you. But if you're hired from the outside, they usually offer a higher salary.
