      I worked at Robinsons Retail, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. While the company presents itself as a stable and well-known retailer, the reality inside is quite different. Pros: Well-known and established company Timely salary payments

      Management tolerates inappropriate behavior from certain individuals Toxic work environment with little regard for employee well-being Lack of proper support and career growth opportunities Workload is often unfair and unbalanced Feedback and complaints are ignored instead of addressed

      If you're lucky enough, you get to work with people who make everyday manageable.

      Cons

      Long hours of work with not enough compensation, nor reward for hard work. Has mediocre benefits. Facilities are not employee friendly, No pantry, no bidet etc.
