      Big company but lacks perks and benefits

      Pros

      People are well-grounded. Stable company. Good company for a starter and for exposure as you will be exposed to a lot of work that will help you be more equipped and experienced. If you want career growth, this is a good company to start with.

      Cons

      No special perks or benefits e.g. employee discounts, rewards or bonus. Medicine allowance is 750 pesos and given once a year only. Office is very traditional looking making it feel like it lacks positive vibe.

      Pros

      The company is big and stable. There are a lot of career and learning opportunities. Heads are humble. People, in general, are friendly and with a sense of family.

      Cons

      Longer working hours. Benefits are not that competitive compared to other Gokongwei owned companies. Majority of the employees is not that highly engaged. They continue to work because they need the job not because they love their job and the company. The office setting itself is quite dull. It doesn't have that "motivating vibe".
