- You can't really discuss negative topics about the company, employees, or clients. They will either become defensive of each other or simply dismiss your concerns.
- There are a group of current employees that look down upon others in the company. Those people are treated differently with more hidden benefits than others.
- HR never respond and they mess up almost every thing they do. The average response time for HR was 2 weeks through email, and that was in cases where I actually received a response.
- You won't interact with actual seniors unless you join their "ecommerce unit". Which is more like a brutal wasteland of unrealistic deadlines, outdated technology, and an overall lack of standardization. It's also worth mentioning that said seniors will not have the time to really interact with you.
- The founders don't believe in having a work-life balance. This was said to me literally in a meeting with one of them. Almost everyone expects you to work overtime even though they don't have an overtime policy.
- Compensation is below average as of the time of writing this review.
- Their core values are made up and almost no one in the company adheres to them.
- They give clients extremely unrealistic timelines and force everyone to work under tight, unrealistic deadlines even for internal projects.
