Other engineers and some office staff are friendly and will try to help you where they can
Cons
Office is in shambles. No communication, no organisation, never taking ownership of their mistakes, never improving. At best they tell you they know there's a problem and they'll fix it(they don't) or they'll try to pin the blame on someone else. Usually the engineers. Not to mention the fact they pay less than most other companies in this industry. Just go somewhere else
