Pros

Rocket SaaS has an inspiring leadership team that is still very hands-on and available. There are great ways of working across the business, with lots of focus on training and learning. Culture is very important in the business and has meant that the whole team are very welcoming and friendly.

Cons

The rapid growth of the agency has meant that there's less time to learn about how everything works, but this isn't a bad thing if you benefit from learning by doing.

Pros

I’ve been at Rocket SaaS for just under a year, and I’ve absolutely loved being part of such a welcoming and friendly team. Everyone is young, motivated, and genuinely supportive, which makes coming to work enjoyable every day. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help, so you’re constantly learning and developing your skills. The variety of clients we work with keeps each day interesting, and while the environment is fast-paced, it’s the perfect place to grow professionally. There are also clear opportunities for promotion, so it’s exciting to be part of the business as it scales. The company socials are a really fun, we've played Rounders in St James’ Park, go for regular pub drinks and have monthly quizzes. We also have fun evenings out at activity bars like Petanque and Quiz Boxing. They really help build a sense of camaraderie and make the team feel close-knit. Office life is great too. We all come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, setting up base at the WeWork outside Waterloo Station, which has its own rooftop bar, free drinks, and even brand pop-ups from Gails, Lush, and Gaucho.

Cons

As the company grows, some processes are still being refined, but this also provides an opportunity to contribute ideas and shape how the business operates.
