      - Instructing indoor cycling classes is a lot of fun! You get to meet people and brighten up their day, in addition to staying physically active. - Flexibility when it comes to selecting your own music and instructor identity style. - A positive and inspiring work environment

      - No paid leave. - No emergency leave. - Difficult to find covers for classes when unable to teach.
