The concept is great, company culture not so much. When there’s events expect to work long hours when something breaks, and believe me it’s going to break. No room for improvement, unless you tell dad jokes during meetings. Only one person got the boss’s attention, and is clearly an inexperienced engineer that steals ideas from other employees and passed them as his own. They only care about features, and to be on call during events. Culture in general is really toxic with a lot of talks behind your back, where decisions are being taken without your input.
