Pros

Company has been in business for a long time and is the market leader in roll form tooling industry. Even though it is privately owned small-to-medium size company, it feels like a corporate with their structure and management. Company continuously invests in their people and assets to gain more market share and also their customer base is very diverse, which in return, creates job security and positive outlook. People are friendly and management is very fair. CEO and the President have clear vision for company's future. Employees get rewarded very well for achieving targets

Cons

Amount of work can be overwhelming and stressful from time to time. If you can not put in extra hours and run the extra mile - this place may not be for you.

Pros

Nice office building, clean shop, "leader" in the industry

Cons

Toxic environment, unreasonable expectations in a down economy Employees are constantly put in positions where they are encouraged by management to stab each other in the back. The environment lacks basic business etiquette that you would expect at a respectable company. Do you like getting cussed at all the time? Or that language used in front of you...constantly...even by the owner...in emails...in person...even when you didn't do anything wrong and this is just common place? This is the place for you!
