Due to the small size of the organization, employees have the opportunity to learn cross-functional skills/disciplines if they are so inclined
Cons
Extremely unstable financially; Disorganized with no company infrastructure; lack of focus in organizational goals; constant defaulting on payments to vendors/suppliers; misogyny/sexism at top level. This company is operating as a charade, barely limping along and just resting on the legacy of the Ronco name to carry them through
