Pros
Colleagues are very nice people. Problem is within upper management.
Cons
Be prepared to work late nights, weekends and holidays for no extra compensation - it's expected. Very little room for growth. Where you start is where they want you to stay.

-Pay is fair -Work is fun -Treated respectfully -Occasional paid meals
Cons
-Inconsistent Work Opportunities -Not much opportunity to go up the ranks -No pay for travel -People in charge are all white and from the same culture.
