They claim to be about work life balance, but only if its convenient for them and it doesn't apply evenly across the company. They talk about sustainability but won't take action if it's going to cost something. Family business where most management is related to each other and are not qualified for the jobs they do. Lack of focus from upper management means a lot of chaos and miscommunication about priorities. CEO cares more about all of his other businesses and about becoming famous by filming pointless (though good quality) videos that don't make profit and just drain resources. Try to say that they are open minded but regular racist and insensitive conversations happen out in the open. Comments about peoples weight, what they wear and how they look are made as "jokes". Rules and policies don't apply to the family, but you can't do anything about it because HR is the wife of the CEO.
