Pros
Place is new, nice property. Discount for associates at 50 % in outlets. Complimentary stays (12 nights per year). Competitive salary, according to luxury hotels in London.
Cons
Disorganization, inexperienced people on top positions. Overworked staff, executive withheld important information about workload during interview process so they could increase it at convenience. Emotional managers, gossipy atmosphere. Management hiring people from previous job meaning no internal promotions, keen to hire peoople with zero experience as long as they worked together in the past. Top management brought a exploitative culture with them from previous workplace in The City. No focus on training nor 5-star service. Worst than neighbouring hotels, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone right now.
