Pros
I was working at the Vessels Bunkering, Marine Fuels Supply & Logistics subsidairy and the company worked with customers across the whole world. I did not know anything about oil&gas and I acquired knowledge about how crude oil refines, how it distributes from refeniries to ports and terminals, how to optimaze supply chain and what is the difference between time charter and spot charter.
Cons
Business proccess are consistent and did not change for years. People think not how to benefit company and expand at the market but how to keep things as they are so I did not feel any motivation from my colleagues. A lot of unnecessary paper work that leads to decisions being made longer
