Sinking ship run by toxic managers

Pros

Great PTO, very flexible working environment and good pay

Cons

Route4Me is a sinking ship where employees are treated as disposable numbers rather than valued staff members. Management is fundamentally broken; communication is consistently dishonest or entirely non-existent, leaving staff in the dark about the company's stability. In my two years there, I never had a single 1-1 with my manager, received zero feedback, and was never offered a pay raise or any path for career progression. The company has a recurring habit of sacking entire teams without warning, leaving the remaining employees to struggle in the aftermath without support. If you value professional development, transparent leadership, and job security, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, as this environment offers nothing but uncertainty.

terrible organisation and mangement

Pros

remote work and nothing else

Cons

Management Inefficiencies: The prevailing sentiment among employees is a dissatisfaction with current management practices. A prompt evaluation of decision-making processes, transparency, and overall leadership effectiveness is urgently required. Career Stagnation and Compensation: The absence of growth opportunities and stagnant salaries for over two years is a grave concern. A failure to address this issue promptly not only jeopardizes employee satisfaction but also paints our company as one that is indifferent to the professional aspirations of its workforce. Understaffing Consequences: The recent termination of staff without replacements has resulted in an overwhelming burden on existing employees. This unsustainable situation not only hampers productivity but also reflects poorly on our ability to manage and support our workforce adequately. Communication Breakdown: The abysmal state of communication channels has left employees uninformed about crucial changes to our product and other vital company updates. Urgent measures are required to rectify this communication breakdown and foster a more transparent and accountable culture.
