Do Not Work For Them Under Any Circumstance Unless You need VISA sponsership

Pros

All the non Korean employees were very nice and professional. If you believe that the Brooklyn Bridge is for sale than you will be happy to work for this company or if you are a foreigner looking for a VISA.

Cons

Upper management is poorly trained if at all and continue to hire individuals who lack the credentials to fulfill there perspective position which leads to a revolving door of new employees. Zero training you are expected to just magically perform your job duties. Employees are asked to give there blood sweat and tears, no questions asked but are not given any kind of raise (no end of year bonus either fyi) or promotion.

= people/co-workers are very friendly and hardworking

Cons

=had a meeting with lim for a different position. First time I met him, so shocking. asking me how many friends I have, and how many girlfriends i had, how long did it last? I had to ask him why is this relevant? He asked me if i would go if i was stationed overseas for a bit. i asked how long...short term? long term? he responded "why does it matter?"

Management is very nice, and the people are pleasant to work with. There is no real "hounding over the shoulder" pressure.

Cons

CEO isn't a very generous person in terms of salary pay. Will try to low-ball you.
