      Pros

      Company provide very basic knowledge in the field of exports. Since they always be in scarcity of employees, possibility of getting job is very easy.

      Cons

      Work culture is pathetic. Specially those two bosses who always expect you to not use your brains, use of abusive language and will make you realise that you are the stupidest people with no brains . Full of Fear Environment. Always do favour-ism.

      You can improve your communication skills in Rubexco that also at the cost of criticism.

      Cons

      the managing director himself is the person having some psychotic problem specially with the mood swings. Always watching you over the CCTV and also do not allow you to collaborate with your colleagues and he is always abusing an employee in front of others either its a girl or a boy he has no respect for his employees, hence no one long lasts in that company. no doubt the salary will attract you too in that company as i too got tempted but you can only long last in that company at the cost of losing your self respect, if someone ready to do so make sure you are ready to lose all your self respect. other than managing director himself there are other 2-3 senior employee only in which none of the senior employee is supporting.

      No Pros at all because of Mental MD i.e ST

      BECAUSE OF ST (MD) YOU CAN'T EVEN WORK in this organisation always keep as you as an assistant and treat you as servent and don't even respect and always abuse to all
